Axle Weight Calculation
3-point beam model calculates steer, drive and trailer axle loads in real time. Hover over each axle to see the number of axles in that group.
Configurable Axle Count

Wireframe Truck Model
Wireframe tractor unit with cab, windscreen, grille, exhaust stacks, fuel tanks, fifth wheel and correctly positioned dual wheels on steer, drive and trailer axles.

How It Works
Select Equipment
Choose from containers, trucks, air freight ULDs or sea freight. Set tolerance gaps, unit system (metric/imperial) and axle configuration.
Add Cargo
Add pallets manually or import from Excel. Set dimensions, weight, colour, stackability and quantity. The engine auto-optimises as you go.
Visualise, Adjust & Export
View the 3D load plan, drag pallets to fine-tune, animate the loading sequence, then export to PDF or save your plan for later.
